Shipping policy

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days for picking and packing, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding select holidays. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped via ground or next-day delivery within the tri-county area (Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties).

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
The U.S. Postal Service can deliver to P.O. Boxes; however, please note this may result in delivery delays.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be included in all order status email updates for both guest checkouts and registered customers, so you can easily monitor your shipment.

International Shipping
We currently do not offer shipping outside of the continental United States.

Shipping & Handling Rates
Shipping and handling rates are automatically calculated through USPS or UPS to ensure seamless and efficient delivery of your order.
